100jacks is built and maintained by an independent developer based in Ontario, Canada. If something here is broken, wrong, or missing, the fastest way to say so is email.
This is a small site run by one person alongside other work, so replies aren't instant and there's no support commitment behind them. Every message is read.
What to write about
- A tool that's wrong or broken. What you did, what happened, and which browser you were using is usually enough to reproduce it.
- A tool you wish existed. The catalogue is chosen partly this way.
- Privacy and data requests. Anything covered on the privacy page, including deleting an account and whatever is stored with it.
- Takedown, copyright or security reports. Say so in the subject line and it gets looked at first.
